==>Abdominal problems with soreness and burning are very common with

candida, and so are swollen lymph nodes. Too high carbs, sugars,

grains, etc. will definitely cause swollen lymph nodes and also

digestive problems and pains. The best thing is to start on the diet I

recommend as soon as possible. After you've been on it for awhile your

symptoms should improve; if not, you could get checked out by a doctor

to find out if anything else is going on.

Yes, abdominal soreness, bloating, and tightness, were the symtoms that

were most distressing to me and finally led me to the candida theory.

Since I have cut out all carbs and started takingherbal and natural

antifungals, it has pretty much vanished. Other symptoms that I never

realized were connected have gotten better too. The doctors have no

clue and would have never led me to such a simple solution.
