I didn't know there was a tapioca flour, but tapioca which makes a gel can be substituted for milk to give a good consistency. Please do send me a good yogurt recipe to post in the Files. I was giving Dom's website as a reference for yogurt, but found out he has no yogurt recipes, but he does have kefir and other lacto-fermented drinks and veggies. Do you have a website for it?
