Guest guest
Dear Bee, This is really suggested for giardia. As the fat stimulates it's growth and causes the shocking food poisoning experience. What would you do? Until its hopefully treated of course. I know your diet is high good fat, but even good fat needs lot of bile to be processed which of course makes the giardia grow and exacerbates the shocking symptoms. Low/Decreased Fat Diet Reducing the intake of fat might reduce the nausea, steatorrhoea, and diarrhea often associated with giardiasis. Dietary fat is also the main stimulator for the release of bile acids into the intestinal lumen, which giardia trophozoites depend on for survival in the small bowel. Thanks for your help in advance.
