Guest guest
Hi Jon,I hope NTX is the one that works for you. Do you take meds to protect your stomach? From what I have seen MTX seems to be the magic bullet for so many people, including my sister who is the best I have seen her in years. Unfortunately for me,although I experienced good results,I had to come off it. Hugs June
Guest guest
I would do a commercial for them if they would just ask! It really was a lifesaver...especially early in my lapbanded life. I used it to liquify anything for the thick liquids, made mushies out of anything, and then used it (and still do at times) to make the best protein smoothies in the world. Guest guest
Sure....but I just sort of made it up! I added one scoop of chocolate protein powder (I bought the cheap kind at Wal-Mart), a spoonful of peanut butter, sometimes half a banana, then fill it with skim milk and crused ice. Then, I would turn it on and let it do it's magic and would have the best tasting smoothie in the world! If you want to trim the calories, leave out the peanut butter.
