==>I received Trudeau's Natural Cures " They " Don't Want You to

Know About for Christmas. I've been reading it, and there are some

very good things in it, especially how the FDA and FTC (Federal Trade

Commission) are bed fellows with the food industry, drug companies, the

medicos, etc. and are not looking out for our health. In fact they are

causing more diseases, illness, etc. by recommending the totally wrong

foods, and allowing industry to secretly add many damaging toxins and

substances in our foods and environment. is right " it's all

about the money! " I think it is great that is taking on the

government.

==>Some of his recommendations aren't wrong, and can be helpful. They

are certainly a lot better than the government, medicos, drug

companies, food industry, etc. recommend. But he doesn't understand

foods, esp. pre-soaking grains, nuts, seeds & legumes. He doesn't get

it right on the " good " fats required by our bodies. You can do all of

the cleanses in the world and it won't help you if you aren't getting

enough " good " fats and other nutrients.

==>Overall I believe Kvin is doing people a lot more good than bad.
