Welcome back Bee..................how was the week you spend with the

family. Most important how is your father doing? Did you also celebrate

your mother's birthday?

==>Thank you Maddalena. I'm glad to be back but I did have a wonderful

time with my family. I got a big dose of hugs and kisses from my

family!! My father is actually doing quite well. My sister is a nurse

and she took his blood pressure and checked his heart. His pulse is

irratic but he seems to have more strength and is not coughing any

longer. I'm trying to get my mother to make eggs for breakfast instead

of cereal, but old habits are hard to break. My mother seems worse than

my Dad and we suspect she has Parkinsons, but she won't go to the

doctor to get checked out. We had a wonderful 85th birthday

celebration for mom.

I know exactly what you mean my father also was from the old school and

believe me it's not easy especially when you're trying to make it easier for

them.

Yes we took lots and lots of digital photos but I'll have to wait

until my daughter emails them to me.
