Guest guest
Hi Bee, We missed you! How dependent we have become on you! I hope you had a great time. I have a few questions for you; I started taking probiotics after being on your diet for 4 months and with only 2 symptoms remaining which are: minimal itching in my ears and a small amount of (green) coating on my tongue. Is this ok or should I wait until all symptoms are completely gone? The probiotic I am taking is Super Dophilus made by Country Life, this particular product says take with food. Now it has been my experience that most probiotics need to be taken on an empty stomach so the HCL does not negate their passage to the intestines. What's the deal? Why are some taken with food as a digestive agent and others alone? Secondly; I ate some sprouted nuts yesterday and I got tired shortly there after and had a somewhat difficult time getting out of bed today. Is this due to the high carb amount, the difficulty my body had digesting the nuts, or are these still candida symptoms? I just wanted to eat something different. Lastly; I stopped taking my vit A because it contains soy bean oil, I am waiting for my new pills to arrive via the mail. Consequently (???) my hair started falling out again, is this the key? Vitamin A deficiency? I know it affects the nails and skin because I was starting to *crack* despite all the coconut oil I am using internally and externally, so it makes sense that the hair would also be affected. Would the benefits of the vit A outweigh the small amount of soy bean oil until I get my other product? Thanks for the support. I think that was an idea dreamed up for a marketing campaign! When I cured my candida in the mid 1980s I always took powdered acidophilus, and I never heard of enteric coated acidophilus, or that HCl was supposed to kill it before it gets into the intestines. Go figure. > Secondly; I ate some sprouted nuts yesterday and I got tired shortly there after and had a somewhat difficult time getting out of bed today. Sprouts tend to have more mold, even though you can't see it. > Lastly; I stopped taking my vit A because it contains soy bean oil, I am waiting for my new pills to arrive via the mail. When you supplements arrive throw out what is left. > > Thanks for the support. ==>You are so welcome Shirley. Hugs, Bee
