Guest guest
I'm looking for a good probiotic in powder or capsule form. Any recommendations would be great?
Guest guest
Have you tried Bee's cabbage rejuvelac? I've read that rejuvelac contains a few billion helpful bacteria per serving (1/2 cup) which is alot more than most probiotic supplements. You could also try Udo's Choice. They have a few different probiotic capsule formulas. The one I try to use is Udo's Choice Super 8 - each capsule contains 30 BILLION helpful bacteria! They are expensive, though. Ethan I also read recently about a guy that cured his candida in under a month by taking large doses on cultured cabbage. This makes sense but the die-off must have been outrageous! >From: " oohthisloveis " <oohthisloveis@...> >Reply- > >Subject: [ ] Can anyone recommend a good probiotic >Date: Mon, 28 Jun 2004 17:32:26 -0000 > >I'm looking for a good probiotic in powder or capsule form. Guest guest
Acidophilus in a form now based on dairy, i.e. Cal-dolphilus or Primadolphilus (best). The brands here in Canada are SISU, Swiss and Natural Factors. The best, Bee > I'm looking for a good probiotic in powder or capsule form. Any > recommendations would be great?
