I can tell you from my own experience that I always

dab a bit of honey on pimples and they vanish like hot

air almost. My Mom put some honey on her cold sore

once and within 10 minutes she was able to move her

mouth again.

I live in Toronto and got some coconut oil at a bulk

health store and was eating it by spoonfuls in March

because I was severly dehydrated and I found that to

completely hydrate me, I loved it so much I ordered 2

boxes from the manufacturer that delevered it to my

door.

The problem was that I choked on some on the smells

coming from the coconut oil - the same type of coconut

oil I wanted to live, and bathe in. Cutting up the

oil and putting it in containers, I smelled the bottom

of running shoes and even lysol; they picked it up and

threw it out for me.

After that I was very cautious about coconut oil as

much as I still love it, I picked up the

OmegaNutrition Organic Coconut Oil at Noah's, didn't

taste a good tast e like the other one did but I found

the second time I got it, it had that almost pesticide

taste to it.

I haven't tried " The Garden of Life " , but it's

supposed to have rave reviews, and they sell it in one

of the Health Stores in Kensington Market, the one

owned by the Chinese people. The Organic Market at

the Common Carret (Chester and the Danforth) has two

types of Coconut Oil, in medium containers and they

are $18, and $22.00, so I presume they're good. If I

was in the States, I'd get the Tropical Traditions

from mercola.com, but would rather not pay the

exchange.

Sauna's are also a great detox:

One can construct an excellent home sauna for under

$75.00.

Candida loves heat and humidity/moisture. I would stay away from

saunas! As good as they are /claim to be for detoxing, I don't believe

they are any good for people with Candida problems.

If anyone has any information that states otherwise, I'd love to see it!
