Subject: Indigestion

This day just continues to be lousy. I am trying to keep up with having

protein, little meals about every three hours. I made myself a salad

with baby spinach, few tiny tomatoes and tuna with olive on top. Have

been having a terrible time since. Is salad allowed? I might not be

able to eat raw. Sometimes it bothers me, others not. Anyway I got

pretty bloated and coundn't burp when I had to. After about two hours

that finally past, only to feel lousy.

I have completely gotten off my homeopathic doctors supplements. I am

just sticking to Bee's suggestions right now. Thought this would be a

better day, but so far, NOT! I feel really lousy with bloating. Can I

take anything to get rid of this? I took my enzymes. What's with the

burp problem?

No more salads for me.

Faith

My Response:

Faith, Have you tried using digestive enzymes at all? I don't get heartburn

often but once at a party, I ate lots of stuff that made me very ill. To

the point where I had a headache, nausua and major burning of the stomach

and throat. A herbalist at the party offered me " Digest More " or " Digest

More Ultra " by ???. Within 20 minutes of taking the digestive enzymes the

pain and headache disappeared. It was as if I never ate anything bad. I've

heard lots of good things about digestive enzymes and I don't believe they

interfere with healing candida. However, I don't have any expertise there.

Maybe this is something you can try.
