Guest guest
> > I have been making 's lemon drink with Meyer lemons. Meyer lemons have a wonderful scent and flavor, very lemony, and the peel tastes good. has you putting the whole lemon in the blender, with the peel, so I found using Meyer lemons appealing ;-) I don't even take the pulp out at the end, I chew the pulp along with the drink. > > I also add to the drink vitamin C powder, and lemon-flavored cod liver oil. It's a great way to get your cod liver oil, I don't taste it at all. Sometimes I also add grated fresh gigner root, just a little. ==>That's a terrific way for people to take cod liver oil who don't like the taste and feel. Thanks so much Tamara. Here's 's Lemon Drink for everyone's convenience: 's Lemon Drink 1 whole lemon (rind & all) 1 cup of water 1-2 tablespoons olive oil Add Stevia to taste - Throw all ingredients in a blender for 1 minute. - Strain the mixture after blending to remove the pulp. - Divide into 3 portions. Drink one portion with each meal. It's good for your liver and digestion... which ultimately is good for your skin too. Bee
