Guest guest
If anyone is suffering from bad breath after eating, meat especially, I found a simple solution. I took 50 mg of Zinc with my meal yesterday and NO BAD BREATH for the first time in 20 years!!! It worked again today, I am ecstatic! I guess the zinc neutralizes the sulfer from the meat. Someone else had written a post saying that they smelled like rotted meat, that's exactly how my breath smelled but this could be the answer, hope I'm not counting my chickens before they hatch! Bee, do you know what the daily max of zinc is? I don't want to O/D on it. I think it's making me constipated though, it might have the same effects as Iron in that dept., not sure?? This problem has plagued my social life and I feel free for the first time in years! Hope others will find success with it! Salute',
