Guest guest Posted June 19, 2006 Report Share Posted June 19, 2006 hi kim- bone broths are full of collagen and gelatin - excellent for joint health. see recipes in the files. make a large enough batch to last a few days and try having a cup of broth as a start to each meal. for bruising try taking bioflavanoids with a good vitamin c. i'm not good at doses, but there is a Supplements list in our Files which is a great place to start. hth ~ suz > My knees are very sore and I seem to be bruising very easily as of > late.
