Hi,

I was wondering if any of this foods are allowed in Bee's diet. I also

would like to know what are the clues that tells you that you are

ready to go to the next step. The first step is the diet, when do I

start with the second step?

Thank you very much.

Hi Francesca,

Coffee; No

Cacao (chocolate?): No

~~both of these have caffein in them, that's a no-no

chili/hot peppers: yes

The questions you're asking are all answered by reading through some

basic files. Please re-read the " Candida-How to Get Started " article

as well as " Bee's Candida Article " . Both are located in the Files

section on our candida support group website. Those articles will give

you the steps of the program. Some people need to be on the diet for

several weeks or months before moving on.

There is TONS of information contained in various articles in the

files, info about the diet, specific foods, die-off reactions, natural

health and healing. Spend some time looking through those and then if

you still have questions we'll be happy to help. :o)

hth,

jackie
