Guest guest
My ENT doctor calls those dark circles " allergy shiners " . I will usually get those from dairy and sometimes food additives. When they did allergy testing awhile back I tested postive for 11 different types of molds and a +2 on dairy which they didn't seem too concerned about as they were looking at everything from a +5 and higher. From what I have read the foods to stay away from for mold allergies, candida, and migraines are pretty much the same. Makes ya think how much they are all connected. Mine get worse on different days as well and were non-existent when I had majorly cut out everything and at that time was just applying coconut oil topically. I have had that all along in various degrees (some days worse than others) and I hoped it was part of the candida problem and not something else. Is this another symptom that doesn't get mentioned too much? Zack
