I would like to know if it would be better to buy a bottle of Pau d'Arco or just buy the herbs and brew it. Is there anything I should know? Like one kind or procedence of Pau D'Arco would be better than another one? (I have read something about the brasilian and the argentinian one (?)) How much should I take?
