Guest guest
Hi Francine. I have tried varying the amount of days, but keep returning to a 3 day rotation for things other than proteins. Not sure why 3 seems to be the magic number! Basically I eat different vegetables with each meal for 3 days, then I can repeat the foods again with minimal allergic reactions. I don't always eat the foods in the same order, but as long as I wait 3 days before having the same vegetable again I can handle them with only minor reactions. I have to do the same with vitamin supplements (one kind of vitamin every 3 days) and with vegetable juices; and probiotics I can only handle once a week. My body does OK with proteins like fish, poultry, eggs, so I can have them each day if I wish. I also eat small meals frequently throughout the day; I usually eat something every 2 to 3 hours. This seems to help as well. Does this help? It's been trial and error these past 2 months trying figure out what to eat and when. I expect each of us with food sensitivies/allergies have to do the same. Kim M.

I am going to start rotating because I am really afraid to lose other foods. I was seasoning everything I ate with olive oil, and the conclusion is eating something everyday might indeed trigger sensivities.
