Guest guest
Hi All, Okay, so I am being a good girl except for coffee. Haven't had a rice cake in days! I did make a mistake and ate some dried cranberries and my rash is back. So I learned my lesson. Also, yesterday was so disgustingly hot and humid that I think it aggrevates the rash. The improvement over a few weeks is quite amazing however, especially since in the past nothing would get rid of this rash. Also, we had the moldy basement at the store cleaned and disinfected so that will help too. A couple silly questions: 1. I know it says that apple cider vinegar is okay - does this mean during the first phase? 2. Is there a safe black pepper to use? If not, what is an alternative? 3. I find that the sea salt doesn't dissolve as readily as the evil salt, is there any tips for using sea salt? And in recipes, is it a straight one-to-one conversion to replace evil salt with sea salt? It is just so strong! 4. Is ginger safe? Pickled ginger? I was reading your info on pets and allergies. I know from having four dogs that are all on a raw diet ( " candida for dogs! " - only raw meat and veggies) that I am not allergic to them, and many people who meet my dogs and have pet allergies are either not allergic or the allergic symptoms are not as severe. Cats do extremely well on raw diets too. I don't vaccinate or do heartworm or that horrible poison flea control. I treat them completely homeopathically and naturally, and they rarely go to the vet - only for stitches! The dogs inspired me to do this diet, since I take better care of them than I do of myself.
