> Hi Bee,

> I just want to mention that I totally appreciate your feedback

and assistance for those of us suffering. I've tried

(unsuccesfully) to start the diet several times but I'm ready to

make it work. I'm back to reading the files and trying to educate

myself.

==>You are welcome. Keep trying Tami. You will be so happy you

did. Did you see the File on Withdrawal Symptoms? Also read the

one in the Digestion Folder on help with digestion and handling die-

off symptoms.

tell me what you know about this? If you cure yourself of Candida

will you also cure the fertility issues?

==>Hopefully it will. If you give your body what it needs, cure the

candida, stay on a nutrient-dense, no sugar, no processed foods,

etc. diet it will normalize.

==>I have not gone into a thorough study on infertility exactly. I

just know from studying and reading many articles at Weston A. Price,

Dr. Mercola, Second-Opinions and many others that lack of nutrients

cause problems with male sperm and with females in being able to get

pregnant. In Nourishing Traditions cookbook by Sally Fallon there are

many references to it. Of course candida causes all body's cell to go

rigid, even white and red blood cells, which interferes with many body

processes and functions, including communication between the cells.

This means that hormones that give signals in the body to increase

hormone function, or to lower it, cannot happen normally. It also

means that hormones cannot get into the body's cells where they are

needed. I don't have time to write more at this time, but my diet will

give the body what it needs to do its job, and it will also correct

infertility problems.

I can tell you that I tried to get pregnant for a year

and a half without success. Then I started low

carbing for two months straight and after the second

month I got pregnant. It does help your fertility

IMO.

Good for you Debby! In Nourishing Traditions it points to a lack of

Vitamin A being one of the biggest contributors to infertility and

birth defects; obtained from cod liver oil! Interesting, because as a

child we were always given a tablespoon of cod liver oil every morning

in the winter. Don't know why that practice was stopped.
