Read the article in the folder " Allergies, What They Are & How > to Treat Them. " Also read some articles in the Healing Naturally > Folder so you understand more it. Thanks Bee for explaining more thoroughly. I will read up on this some more as it really has been confusing to me that the healing symptoms are the exact same as my candida symptoms. It can be so discouraging, but I am pressing on. However, I did start probiotics this past week and my bloating is horrible now. I know the probiotics can cause this, but does this mean I need to cut back or take more? I confess that I have eaten nuts this past week while on vacation (properly prepared, but nuts nonetheless). This could be contributing to my bloating I suppose. I have also been having more IBS symptoms - alternating D & C. I am going to make the rejuvelac for the first time this week. How much should I take considering my symptoms? Also, I was reading about the vitamin c flush. Sounds very interesting. I have not done any enemas yet, but I was wondering if I should do a vitamin c flush first? What would be most beneficial given my digestive issues? I will try anything at this point! Thanks so much! The nuts are not a good idea in view of how you feel. You can make a double batch and take double the amount of cabbage rejuvelac if you wish. Are you taking digestive enzymes? Also a coffee enema would be really good for you to do. Drink ginger or clove tea to help with the gas - See our Recipes Folder. Do ensure you are having enough good fats which helps heal the intestines and gives them more integrity. > Also, I was reading about the vitamin c flush. Sounds very interesting. Also see the Digestion Folder for other suggestions, especially how to test your stomach acid levels. Bee >
