Guest guest
Is it normal to have a delayed reaction to the Niacin? I have never had this happen before but this morning I took my supplements as usual right after breakfast. I did not get the normal tingle I do from the Niacin. (I haven't had a full-blown flush in weeks.) Then just a few minutes ago I suddenly got a complete reaction...felt very hot, got a flush on face and arms including the itch on my arms. This took me by complete surprise since it has been hours since I took the Niacin. The only thing I have done differently at all today was to spray mold killer containing bleach in my shower as I have the start of mustard mold in there. But I immediately took my dog, left the apartment and left a window open. Then turned on the shower to rinse everything away when I came back. Unfortunately I live alone so I have to do the clean-up myself. Could this have caused the reaction I got? A very puzzled Ellen
