Guest guest
My experience has been, I was very ill with candida at one point and have had a lot of cramping in the gut. Antifungals produced no real effect on me, no die off or anything. Yet another time, when I was on the candida diet and had already gone through a die off from the diet alone, was healthier, then tried antifungals, the die off reaction was horrific. And I never understood that, but when you typed your post, it made me think. The less candida I had, the more potent the die off was for me from using an antifungal. When i had the gut infection, I had no die off from antifungals. So I think you have a point. > >.
Guest guest
Thank's , you have given me hope, maybe that's it. It is not taken me much at all to get die off and it is quite scarey. I'm feeling a little better at the moment earlier i felt like i was on the verge of a panic attack but i took a teaspoon of coconut oil and paradoxically that has settled me down. How did you get through the episode when you were on the diet alone? Did you just keep on the diet?
