==>Allergy tests can be very inaccurate. There is a false idea

about " good " unadulterated foods causing allergic reactions, however

reactions to " good " foods are healing reactions because those foods

are exactly what the body needs to effect healing. Healing reactions

are exactly the same reactions as reactions to toxins. On the one

hand the body finally receives what it needs to do its job of

healing, and on the other hand the body is " trying to " get rid of

toxins = the same symptoms. See the Folder " Allergies, What They Are

& Treatment " to understand more.

==>Therefore many people mistakenly believe they are allergic

to " good " unadulterated foods, such as cabbage, garlic, coconut oil,

etc. because they get reactions or because a test told them they are

allergic. Unfortunately many people avoid " good " foods because of

it, when that is exactly what their body needs to heal. The answer

is start at low amounts and gradually increase them so the healing

response isn't so dramatic and uncomfortable.

==>A case in point is a girlfriend of mine who died of cancer last

April. She had allergy tests that indicated she was allergic to just

about every food under the sun. She was avoiding them until I gave

her information about the body's healing response to good foods. But

by then it was too late. Within a month she was gone. I am very

convinced that if she had eaten the foods/nutrients her body needed

in time, along with megadoses of vitamin C and other important

nutrients (cod liver oil, omega 3, etc.) she wouldn't have died.

==>Yes, you can rub garlic into the soles of your feet. I often

recommend it for babies and children. I do not know how much of the

garlic is absorbed through the skin compared to eating them. I

believe you'll need more.
