==>The body externalizes healing to the skin to protect vital inner

organs. It is common during natural healing to have rashes and

itching. Continue with what you are doing and it will improve, but the

body takes its own time. Apply coconut oil to the rash and alternate

with baking soda, and take epsom salt baths. Read the articles in the

files on Natural Healing, Healing Reaction, etc. to understand how the

body heals naturally.

==>I had lots of problems with rash and it itched horribly when I had

candida. It was mostly around my ankles and wrists. Don't stop the

garlic because it is affecting healing. But if the rash is too intense

or you cannot handle it, lessen the dose and gradually increase it

again. Also re-check your diet.

Bee,

Thanks. I almost missed this post. I was discussing with a friend

wrist rash and she didn't see how rash around wrist could be

connected to Candida or garlic, etc. but when I look back I describe

it to people as having it on and off all summer and coincidentally I

now realize I started the Nystatin at the beginning of summer. Then

rash went away completely for a couple months and just started up

again, same exact place as before. Only thing different I have been

doing is going hog wild with the garlic, so that got me thinking.

Nystatin says it can cause rash. I just figured a Nystatin rash

would be all over my body. Perhaps it is because blood vessels come

so close to surface of skin at wrists and ankles. Yes, rash is very

painful, so I will have to back off a little. I stopped the garlic

yesterday and rash beginning on right wrist backed off but left one

is really bad. When skin is a bit better I will begin again but in

more slowly as Jackie had suggested in earlier post. I was just so

anxious to see some results. Well, I've seen them now but less will

be better for me. Thanks
