==>That's very well done !

Sprue and Dermatitis Herpetiformis which come out eating Iodine. I have

cut back with the salt,but continue to drink lemon juice.

==>Your red bumpy rash is a form of Ezcema which is common when you

have candida. We had a member not long ago who had been on cortisone

treatments for 12 years for his ezcema, but he stopped it, and in only

3 months on the candida program his ezcema completely healed. Gluten

sensitivity and celiac sprue are also caused by candida.

==>Inorganic iodine is an additive in many processed foods. Consumption

of high amounts of inorganic iodine (as in iodized salt or iodine-

fortified bread) as well as of organic iodine (as in kelp) can cause

thyroid problems similar to those of iodine deficiency, including

goiter. Iodine is only needed in trace amounts, which is contained in

ocean sea salt, but it is very necessary for proper thyroid function.

Organic iodine will not make ezcema flare up.

==>If you are not getting adequate organic iodine your thyroid would

not be able to normalize.
