Yes, ma'am. Mine is normally about 97.8. 98.6 often means a fever for me.

Yes. Mine has generally been in the range of 97.2 - 97.8 for at least a

year.

Last winter there was a day when I felt like I had a fever. I checked my

temperature and it was 98.0. It really puzzled me!

Mine has been low too and if I have a temp reading of 99 I am majorly ill. I

always thought that maybe I had a thyroid problem. I think Candida interfers

with thryoid functions doesn't it?

Dear Jeanne,

Glad to hear from you again. I hope you are doing okay.

Candida puts out toxins that make the cells go rigid so thyroid

hormones, as well as other hormones and substances, can't get into

them where they are needed. The thyroid itself may be also affected

because its cells would also be rigid.

Moderate exercise and massages, along with skin brushing, baths, (sex

too), laughing, etc. would help stimulate and oxygenate the cells,

alternating them with deep breathing or relaxation like the following

from my article:

" For relaxation do this for 15 minutes every day. Lie on the floor

with your feet on a chair so your thighs are at a right angle to the

seat of the chair and the calves of your legs are lying across the

seat of the chair. It is as simple as that. "

Take care,

Bee
