They arrived and upon reading the label, it says that the lactase contains lactose. This is frustrating. I took them a few times before I saw this and now I am not taking them. Would this small amount be a problem? I can't return them, so I was hoping to continue to take them. What do you think?> Also a coffee enema would be really good for you to do. I just bought some ginger tea, so I will try this! My digestion/bowels have normalized somewhat I assume due to the probiotics. This is great! However, I am constantly bloated now whereas it used to come and go. Will this last as long as I'm on the program - Ie. until I'm healed (from taking the probiotics)? Or should I expect the bloating to go down as I progress a bit further? > > > Also, I was reading about the vitamin c flush. Sounds very > interesting. It is a juggling act to do all of these things with little kids around! Also, I know that I have low stomach acid, not high. Thanks so much for all of your help Bee. Have a wonderful vacation! Sometimes we have to choose the healthy benefits over some small amount of sugar contained in a supplement. > Also a coffee enema would be really good for you to do. Have a wonderful vacation! ==>You can check for stomach acid - see the Digestion folder for the test using baking soda first thing in the morning. Thanks for your best wishes Trish.
