Guest guest
Thanks Connie. I am not familiar with some of the products you are taking but if they are working for you that's great. About your diet, are you on the one recommended in my article? Guest guest
hi bee sorry i've been out of the loop for a few days here, " the wedding " is taking on a life of its own!! re: antifungals i took grapefruit seed extract when i first began the diet. then i laid off that, and focused on diet. 2 weeks ago i got Gaia brand *extra strength " olive leaf extract capsules and took two a day for a week. i've stopped that for the last week or so. now i'll do another round of g.s.e. i eat coconut every day as a snack between meals - dried flaked or shredded coconut, whatever i can get my hands on! i have intense cravings for it. i wonder what the difference is for health/candida, eating the dried coconut as opposed to taking the extra virgin oil (which is from raw organic coconut). so far no weight gain from all this munching, which is good for me! its a great energy snack, anmd seems to digest well for me, as long as i chew it alot. i'm loving the cultured cabbage & rejuvelac! hope you are well today. ~ suz
Guest guest
Thanks for your best wishes Suz. I was doing great for a few days and then yesterday I crashed, so I went to bed at 6:00 PM. I think I had too many carbs. Part of the problem is preparing foods ahead of time. I'm boiling some eggs to snack on. Hopefully today I will do better. About having coconut flakes, I don't know whether it imparts the same benefits of coconut oil. Maybe someone else can shed some light on this for you. What was the reason you stopped taking the gse and now the olive leaf? Did you get too much die-off or other reactions? It's great to hear you are loving the rejuvelac. Good for you! Take good care, Bee > hi bee > > sorry i've been out of the loop for a few days here, " the wedding " is > taking on a life of its own!! > > re: antifungals > > i took grapefruit seed extract when i first began the diet. then i > laid off that, and focused on diet. > > 2 weeks ago i got Gaia brand *extra strength " olive leaf extract > capsules and took two a day for a week. i've stopped that for the > last week or so. now i'll do another round of g.s.e. > > i eat coconut every day as a snack between meals - dried flaked or > shredded coconut, whatever i can get my hands on! i have intense > cravings for it. i wonder what the difference is for health/candida, > eating the dried coconut as opposed to taking the extra virgin oil > (which is from raw organic coconut). so far no weight gain from all > this munching, which is good for me! its a great energy snack, anmd > seems to digest well for me, as long as i chew it alot. > > i'm loving the cultured cabbage & rejuvelac! > > hope you are well today. ~ suz
