==>Your gluten-free muesli is not a good idea because the grains are

not soaked properly, and all grains are high in carbs and act just

like sugar in your body. It is best to go off all grains - maybe re-

read that section in my article.

==>Humus is not a good idea to eat Mike! It is made from chick-peas

which are high in carbs, just like any other peas, beans or legumes.

==>It is not true that people will stop losing weight on the Candida

diet once their ideal weight is reached. I didn't. I kept losing

weight. But when you have candida weight is a very minor issue, and

it will normalize once you've gotten rid of the candida.

The best to you,

Hi Bee,

Just wanted to tell you that I know two people who

follow a low carb anti-candida diet (identical to

yours) and have followed it for years and they lost

weight to their ideal and then stopped. I guess it

depends on the person.

I can see weight loss stopping at ideal " weight " fitness level if the

dieter were adjusting their intake of carb foods (i.e. more vegetables

and adding in fruits or non-gluten grains) as they got more well,

otherwise weight loss would probably continue.
