I figured this would be the case, since our body needs it, it would do what it needs to do with it. I just wanted to be re-assured after seeing those posts. > Now that I know how many grams is in a tablespoon of fat, how do you work out how many grams for protein and carbs, by ounces? ==>Like I just posted you've misunderstood the post about teaspoons and tablespoons by S. The grams of fat vary according to the kind of at. Go to www.fitday.com, sign up, and you can select the amount/weight/size of each item you search. You can change the Serving size (first box) and also the 2nd box. Then " Refresh Nutrients " and it will give you the breakdown in grams. It's the Serving Size which determines the amount - some foods are in cups, tablespoons or teaspoons, while others, like eggs are the size of the egg, or beef can be in ounces or cube size, and so on.
