i'm planning daily physical activity as well! every morning either a

fast paced walk for about 45 minutes, or approx 20-30 minutes of yoga

or pilates every day. i'll be like " the little engine that could " ,

one of these days i'll make it up that hill!!

oh yes, " free days " are like gold. i had my morning client cancel for

today, and i'm actually glad, as in the same five minutes someone

booked for wednesday afternoon. so i can move slowly and deliberately

this morning. and i like all those spices you mentioned. are you

doing spices and no herbs? if so, any reason?

i woke up early today, feeling sluggish and tired and worried that

i'd have another difficult day. i did a pilates 20 minute video

workout and i feel energized, thank goodness!

i've just become interested in pilates as i had a slipped disk in

january and it was the most painful thing i've ever felt! i was out

of work for weeks, and lived on our new living room floor for the

first 10 days (we were in the process of moving when my back went

out!) my fiancee had to do everything for me, i literally couldn't

even crawl for the first 4 days. it was a stressful time for both of

us. but we came through it so well, with an even deeper love. i've

been healing it naturally, no chiro, no accupunture, nothing except

being very good to it and letting it do its thing. but i've gotten

softer all over from not being as physically active as i used to be.

i made a promise to myself and to my back when i was immobile, that

when i could walk again, i'd get stronger than before, and protect my

back from ever having this happen again! and pilates is good, i hear,

for getting strong.

its amazing how stress can weaken the body. physically, emotionally,

immune system etc.

i will keep a diary of my days: foods eaten, activity levels, stress

levels, and how i'm feeling. i think its a really good plan.

I'd love to see what you come up with for a daily regimen/diet. In fact I'd

love to see what other people on this forum come up with. It's interesting

to see what's working and what's not and why.

By writing my schedule down, and putting it up as chart, I can remember to

add " digestive enzymes " , for example, before each meal because there it is

on the page. Also, I can remember the supplements I want to remember to take

between meals.

And maybe most important is that I can rotate the whole diet so I'm not

eating the same foods more than 5 days in a row to avoid food allergies...

I'm going to write down when I take a nap. I usually wait until it's too

late like 4 or 5 -- I'm going to try to make myself remember to lie down

around 2 or so.

Then on the busy days, I can at least have something to try to attain

instead of panicking and worrying that I'm overwhelmed with all this stuff

in my head.

yes, it will be a good challenge for me to make a regimen. i'm very

creative and not very organised.

but i'll keep my diary.

i think it would be great for others to join in too. it would be very

interesting to see what variations people have in their recovery

plans.

i'm doing this as all self-presribed. taking grapefruit seed extract

2x day. acidophilus powder every other day or so. but i remember bee

saying that unless the candida is under control, the good flora can't

re-establish. i wonder if i'm wasting money eating acidophilus right

now?

i also want to begin having kombucha again on a daily basis. i love

it!

if others are interested in joining a journalling process, maybe we

can come up with some general info for us all to share. ie: how did

you test for candida? seeing any practicioners? taking anything?

blood type? etc...
