Guest guest
These are all the symptoms I was having, and had to discontinue my contacts lenses. I had to wear glasses for about three months and then my eyes healed up and I'm back to wearing contacts again. My eyes are still a bit dry but much better and I just have to use eye drops frequently. I've been having terrible dry eyes, tired and twitching eyes and lids. ==>Twitching eyes and lids is usually related to minerals, mostly the balance of calcium to magnesium; ensure you are not taking too much calcium - most people do not require any more than 600 mgs per day, with equal mag, and too much is just a bad as too little. >First eye to twitch was my right eye for two weeks. That went away and now my left eye is twitching. It is so annoying. Is that part of healing? Maybe I'm going through a retracing. I don't usually get dry eye in the warm weather. Were your symptoms similar? ==>My symptoms were very mattery eyes, which oozed green and yellow stuff. My eyelids were stuck together in the morning so I had to wash them before I could open them. ==>Dry eyes can be caused by tear ducts being plugged by candida. Do the Eye Treatments in the New " Treatments " folder. Also ensure you are taking enough oil soluble vitamins A, D & E, and omega 3 - see the Cod Liver Oil folder for Cod Liver Oil Brands with Nutrients Levels for a list. > P.s. Also, a year ago or so my therapist who does neurolink treatments on me found candida in my left breast by her testing methods. I had a biopsy in that breast years ago and had some suspicious calcifications in that breast. I was advised by the surgeon to get my yearly mammograms as it is the kind that can turn into cancer. Well, recently I found a lump in that breast and have not gotten my mammogram yet this year. Should I or not? I'm afraid to get one, but I'm afraid not to do something about it. I feel different about treatments for breast cancer now. What can I do to help it? ==>Not all lumps mean there is a problem. When I get discomfort in my breast I massage the area, or use my finger to apply pressure; push on the area until it hurts slightly, then let off the pressure a little and hold it for a minute. That usually resolves my problems. But also ensure you are not having consuming caffeine from any source, tea, coffee, chocolate. Also rub coconut oil into your breasts. I don't want to tell you not to have a Mammogram because that is an individual choice, but I'd never have one. Maybe hold off on getting one until you can do some natural treatments and see how it goes. Also biopsies greatly disturb cancer so it spreads, and any tampering with lumps, which the body has formed to contain the cancer, can aggravate the cancer, making it grow. The least tampering with the body's natural mechanisms the better. Some people can live with lumps or tumours that have contained cancer for many years without any ill effects. But when they've been prodded and poked and stuck their cancer grows. ==>Taking oxygenating treatments is very important for handling any possible cancer. Vitamin C increases the body's production of hydrogen perioxide which kills cancer, and Vitamin E, Niacin, and food grade H202 also oxygenate the body. See article in the Cancer Folder. Guest guest
Hi , Thanks so much.. at this point I have lost 91 pounds. I'm almost to my pre-pregnancy weight. I'm having fun shopping and buying new clothes for summer. I can finally fit in some of my old pre-pregnancy clothes and fit in normal plus-size clothes. I'm far from thin but I have so much more energy now. I play and run with my son, try to be active with him, etc. I finally feel human again, not like a big blob. Plus I have gotten rid of a lot of health ailments and with my exercise plan I have a lot more muscles now. I definitely plan on sharing pictures when I get to goal.
