That butter sounds great, do you have the recipe with quantities?

[ ] humus and garlic butter

We call it Beurre Maître d’Hôtel,

(Butter Maitre D) and it’s really garlic butter with parsil.

Butter at room temperature, seasalt, fresh ground white pepper, lemon

juice, freshly cut parsley, a few cloves of garlic out of the garlic

press.

Mix it with a fork, put in a porcelain container, cover it and use it

whenever you like it. You can put it in your soup, or add to a steak. I

believe it helps digestion, but I’m not too sure.

One thing I’m sure of, parsley added to garlic prevents you from

smelling too much and it is a good combination for the digestion of

fats.
