Guest guest
" Some vegetables also inhibit the growth of Candida such as raw garlic, onions, horseradish, cabbage, broccoli, turnip, and kale " Hi Bee. I know from your file that on average adding a quantity of 4-5 cloves of garlic to your food each day will make it an effective anti- fungal. How much onion and broccoli do you recommend? I currently add 1 onion and 2 cloves of garlic to my red pepper soup each day, and 1 onion, 2 cloves of garlic and a large portion of broccoli to my evening meal. I also take a concentrated 1500 mg garlic capsule. I'm also buying some coconut oil for cooking purpuses later today, which I believe also acts to kills off Candida? Many thanks, Mike x
Guest guest
Dear Mike, Don't try to take too much at one time because you will overwhelm your body and actually suppress your immune system. Take it easy. I'd cut out the garlic capsule for sure. I believe you are trying too hard!
