Hi Bee,

I am amazed at how fast my body responded to the Vitamin A! Thanks SO

much for your insight!

I had a mid day turn around and believe I am on my way rebuilding and

my skin will heal quickly. All the things I told you about my skin

were halted, (although there is still much itching from the extreme

dryness which may take a little longer), and are feeling mucho

better. 'sigh'

I will continue to take at least 50,000 mgs for the month of May,

then cut back to 20,000 mgs in June like you said. (Funny, when I

first made the supplement changes you suggested, I was concerned

about the amount of Vitamin A I would be getting and should have

asked you about it then.)

I doubled yesterdays coconut oil, and increased the Concentrace like

you recommended. I'll have to admit, there were days when I showered

in the AM and PM, so will try not to do that for a while to allow the

body's natural oils to build up.

I am feeling MUCH better compared to yesterday when I felt I was

spiraling downward. Whew! My glands are not as sore as they were, and

are on the mend. The dizzyness went away yesterday not long after I

took the Vitamin A, which surprised me and has not returned. My

strength is returning and I think I will be ok today for my son's BD

party. :-)

So.... if I understand you correctly, if I am feeling dehydrated

again and have great thirst, it most likely indicates that I am not

getting enough good fats so my body can use the water it needs. Is

that right?

As for supplements, I am starting with only 400mgs of Vitamin E and

gradually increasing it to 800mgs as you recommend. Is it advisable

to start slowly with Chlorella also?

Thanks SO much Bee!
