Nystatin Powder

Tell your doc that what you need is Nystatin Powder, USP. It is made

by Paddock Laboratories, 3940 Quebec Avenue, North, Minneapolis, MN

55427. Each milligram contains at least 5,000 units and it is

available in many standard size bottles:

NDC# 0574-0404-05 - 50 million units

NDC# 0574-0404-15 - 150 million units

NDC# 0574-0404-50 - 500 million units

NDC# 0574-0404-01 - 1 billion units

NDC# 0504-0404-02 - 2 billion units

NDC# 0504-0404-00 - 5 billion units

There is a powder form for external use only (topical powder), so be

sure your pharmacist dispenses the correct one.
