> I have systemic candidiasis. My main problem is a very bloated

abdomen. It seems to bloat & stay bloated with everything I eat! I

guess I don't digest food very well. I have started the anti-candida

diet & have been on it for a month. I was wondering if anyone has the

same problem & what anti-fungals they use --I am on Oil of Oregeno now,

but was told to " rotate " them every 2 weeks with a different anti-

fungal. If anyone could recommend additional anti-fungals that have

worked I would appreciate.

==>Ellen, you might have tried to go on antifungals too soon. Some

people need to be on the diet 3 months or more before they can tolerate

the symptoms caused by strong antifungals (other than coconut oil),

such as oil of oregano.

==>It is totally unnecessary to rotate antifungals. I think that idea

was started by companies that wanted to sell more products. I took

nystatin powder for 2 1/2 years while curing my candida during the mid

1980s, when that rumour was never heard of. But it is also important

to give your body a rest every couple of weeks by going off all

supplements and antifungal, etc. for one day. Constantly pushing the

body is not beneficial. Give your body time to adjust to each change

by gradually starting at low doses to higher ones - the same is true

for changing your diet.

The best in health, Bee
