Will I get die-off symptom even if I don't have candida overgrowth?

I'm curious. When candida overgrowth, it will changed it's type and

shape which can break down our body by putting out toxins.

We can use coconut oil, Pau d'Arco to kill off candida overgrowth.

Will it kill the normal candida if they didn't change shapes?

Because at the beginner when I used those I had some die-off symptom.

Especially when I first drink Pau d'Arco tea the first two time, I

have intense sore throat but I felt after couple of days and I don't

have problem to continue to drink it. I'm pretty sure it was the

healing process. But I'm wondering when I don't have die-off symptom

or there isn't much candida overgrowth, if I continue to drink it

will it kill the normal candida?

Also if someone who doesn't have candida overgrowth and drink it will

they still have those die-off symptoms?
