Hi ,

I have recently joined this list (not sure if I have Candida or not, that's

why I've joined) anyway just wanted to let you know that you don't have to

order VCO overseas.

Spiral has a good, organic, virgin, expellier pressed CO and this is

available from www.spiralfoods.com.au

I can buy it at my local health food shop here in VIC fortunately but it

should be cheaper for with postage than OS.

Hi Nieke

Welcome to the group and thanks for the info. I can get VCO here locally too,

brand name Melrose, but it's quite expensive and comes in small 300gm jars,

which doesn't last me very long. I was hoping to get some good quality VCO in a

large quantity from over seas, depending on what the cost of freight will be.

Will check out the link you provided, thanks.

Me again! I just went to the Spiralfoods web site, but they don't appear to

carry VCO? I went through all of their products. Just thought I would let you

know...or am I missing something?

***Hi Jen, I've tried 3 or 4 different brands of VCO, aclara is the

one I like the most, its very pleasant tasting, I buy it in one of the

local Brisbane health shops, a 700ml jar from the shop retails at

$18.95, but I looked up their website off the jar, and I think you

should be able to buy directly from the supplier, I havent tried to

contact the supplier yet, however if you're interested, the website is

www.aclarahealth.com.au or the page link

http://www.aclarahealth.com.au/products.htm

let me know how you go.

***Hi Jen

***I emailed aclara health and got back this reply:

Thank you for your enquiry. We have regular feedback that our oil is

the very best quality available and we are proud of our efforts at

quality and price to make this important gourmet and health food

more widely available. I have been involved in setting up production

in locations overseas and have won several awards for my work with

sustainable communities.

We have internet customers for bulk quantities and often have

specials available. Currently we are providing 8 x 700 ml at $104

delivered.

The process is for you to provide contact and delivery details so I

can generate an invoice which I will email to you. This invoice has

EFT details or we will accept cheques. Once you have notified us of

payment, we will organise delivery.

Please contact me if I can assist you in any way further.

Best regards

Malcolm

You're brilliant Kat! I should have read ALL posts before replying to your first

post! Doh! Thanks for the info. I think that is a reasonable price.

Hi Kat

I received an e-mail back from Malcolm and the deal, for me, is 8 x 700ml at

$120 delivered. Must be the distance to Western Australia, from Queensland that

makes it more expensive with the postage. Anyway, I think I will give this one a

try, as I don't really like the flavour of the Melrose brand.

***Hi Jen

I have ordered mine, but Im lucky, that he is local to me, although

like I mentioned earlier,I was paying $18.95 for 700ml in the health

food shop, you'll be paying $15.00 per jar.
