Guest guest
Hi, Suz, What a beautifully written encouraging letter about working with this program. I loved your positive approach, the summary of benefits and the general spirit lifting I felt. I am hoping to start very seriously and faithfully today on this program...I've been skirting around it, but now have a support person to check in with on a food plan (I'm educating her a bit about Candida) Grateful for that and for the support of this group. It means a lot to me. Guest guest
you got it bee! its difficult enough, with occasional eating out and knowing that there is probably less-than-desireable ingredients in something or other, no matter how you place the order... when i'm at home, which is most often for meals, i'm sticking to the basics. the more i think about it or rest with it, the more it speaks of truth, its what my body is telling me. and why not, the foods are yummy and satisfying! ~ suz > Dear Suz, > > I'm so glad you wrote about the importance of sticking to the " tried > & true, " the diet and simple guidelines. Guest guest
hi sherrard! go for it! dive in! come join the fun... i am one who works with food for a living, so my creative side tends to want to play with the diet, see what i can " get away with " and still be kicking the candida. i'm newly dedicated, once again, to simplify my personal menus. i will satisfy my creative energies in my kitchen by enjoying all of the wonderful foods that do support the healing process. that's great that you have a support person close by, and yes, this group is a great place to share experiences. i hope we'll hear more from you... i will be posting some easy delicious recipes this week in the recipes files. then we'll all have even more to talk about! ~ suz (aka chefsuz) I am hoping to start > very seriously and faithfully today on this program...I've been > skirting around it, but now have a support person to check in with > on a food plan (I'm educating her a bit about Candida) Grateful for > that and for the support of this group. > > Be well, Sherrard
