Guest guest
Sorry if this has already been posted but to aid in digestion is it better for us to take Betaine HCI? or can we take raw apple cider vinegar? I thought we needed to avoid vinegar? Jeanne otn

I'm waffling on whether undistilled unpasteurized vinegar is okay for candida sufferers, i.e. Bragg's. Vinegar is a very good digestive aid just like lemon and sea salt, and sauerkraut as well. Of course animal meats and eggs also stimulate HCl production in the stomach. You don't have to take Betaine HCl if you can increase stomach acid enough without it.
