Thanks, ==>Do more things that help your body detoxify. Clove tea is excellent - see the recipe in the files. Take epsom salt baths, take a walk, do dry skin brushing, drink more lemon juice, etc. Bee
Guest guest
I can REALLY appreciate this. My fuzzy head feels more like a high though. I thought it was the Pau d'Arco tea at first but then I got the high when I didn't even drink it. Then I thought it was the H2O2 so I stopped using that and I am still getting high! It has made school extremely difficult for me and I am starting two more classes next Monday. Bee, your recommendation of the clove tea didn't work for me, cloves really set me off. Are these just toxins from the yeast die-off or is it from other harmful residue locked in my tissue? I have a feeling the niacin is cleaning my system out also. I do the skin brushing, epsom salt baths, exercise, etc.... How long can I expect this to go on? It has been a good two months already. Also I have been on your diet for almost 4 months, can I start the rejuvelac? The only two die-off symptoms that I have left are itchy ears and brain fog/high. Most of the digestive/stomach/intestinal difficulties have gone thanks to you. Could it be that the most stubborn or largest amount of yeast is in my sinuses and that is why these symptoms in my head are still so prevalent? Does it work like that (localizing to one area) or when the yeast is systemic it pretty much grows all over? Guest guest
Hi Bee, OK, I've been doing these things since your message, thanks. It started ti improve, then I had lunch and the fuzziness has increased again. Is there something I can take before eating to help prevent this? Guest guest
Shirley, that's a good question on wether there's more candida in specific areas like in the head, that I'd like to know too. I've been doing more nasal cleansing with H202 and am also using H202 eardrops, I wonder if that's what's doing it. On 29-May-06, at 3:25 PM, Shirley G wrote: > I can REALLY appreciate this. Drinking the lemon and sea salt drink with meals helps, and also take some fats by the teaspoon or tablespoon before starting to eat - that will help as well. Take your cod liver oil just before you eat too. Good fats not only pull nutrients out of your foods but also slow the release of carbs into the system. When you get reactions after eating take more vitamin C. Bee

Alternate H202 treatments with sodium ascorbate (ascorbic acid & baking soda mixed - see the Vitamin C Folder). ==>Some people's head are more affected by candida toxins than other people, while others have more severe symptoms in other parts of their body. I didn't have as much head symptoms as I did symptoms in my stomach (my weakest place) & vaginally. But I got severe eye symptoms after being on the candida program for over a year which lasted about 3 months. Candida toxins are so powerful they can cause lesions. I knew a lady in my Candida Support Group whose medical tests proved she had brain lesions. After doing the candida program for 2 years she was re- tested and they were gone. Guest guest
Good to know Bee, this would explain why I never get yeast infections. It's all in my head! My mother used to tell me that all the time, I think she may have had something there ;+) Shirley >From: " Bee Wilder " <beeisbuzzing2003@...> >==>Some people's head are more affected by candida toxins than other >people, while others have more severe symptoms in other parts of their >body. Holey moley what I went through handling my eyes for over 3 months! I couldn't say for sure whether I was detoxifying through my eyes, or I had candida in them, or both, but it was awful. I stopped wearing my contacts and never tried them again since. Bee

I'm finally able to wear my contact again but I had severe dry eye, irritations and scratches for 3 months and had to lubricate several times a day. I still need to lubricate often now that I'm wearing them again.
