Guest guest
Have you heard of or read the book " Patient heal thyself " if not go to the book store and look at it or better yet buy it, also Whole Foods sells it, he deals with Crohns and candida and I use his product Garden of Life coconut oil and whole foods sells his products. Let me know if you do any of these. Sharon kerrirchambers <kerrirchambers@...> wrote: Hello everyone, I believe I have Candida from the numerous tests I've done online. I also have Crohn's disease which I was diagnosed with 10 years ago and have been following the SCD diet for the last 5 years (which is why I don't quite understand why I may have Candida). I take very good of my health, so the initial diet will not be hard for me as I already do not eat any Starches, grains or complex sugars. I have a question regarding broccoli and snow peas... are we allowed them? I know it said to avoid peas, does that include snow peas? And there was some confusion about broccoli... also any ideas for breakfast would be appreciated... I had 2 boiled eggs this AM but I am already quite thin and would like to try and gain some weight... will need more to eat in the AM than that. Thanks very much, Kerri Chambers, Crohn's 10 years Candida (maybe 1 year) SCD Montreal, QC
Guest guest
Thanks very much... do you think I will be able to find the products living in Canada? Right now I'm at a loss of what to eat... I had a hot bath with Epsom salt earlier and soaked for 30 mins and then crawled into bed as one of the websites suggest and I felt so ill... ran to the bathroom shortly after and then slept for 2 hours. I just feel so weak. Please if anyone has advise I would appreciate it. I'm wondering if this is normal, maybe I'm sweating out the fungus????? I live in Calgary, Alberta so you shouldn't have problems finding the products you need. >Right now I'm at a loss of what to eat... Even feeling tired and weak are healing symptoms. Please read two articles to understand what is happening better: 1) " Healing Reaction, The " and 2) " Natural Healing & Hering's Law of Cures " in the files, after all of the folders. But do ensure you are not making changes too quickly because it will cause overwhelming healing symptoms. Do one step at a time like my article recommends, in order to allow your body time to adjust to each change. To increase your energy level try to consume good saturated fats as stated in my article, starting with small amounts and gradually increasing them. Good saturated fats are the very best source of energy for the body and they provide so many healthful benefits to the body. For good sources and the kind of coconut oil to buy see our Coconut Oil Folder. > The best, Bee P.S. Kerri, would you please trim your messages - see our Group Info Folder on how to do it and why. Thanks a whole bunch my friend.
