Guest guest
About the question of whether the tri-salts are powder, I really don't have a clue. I'am bopping from one list to the other and sharing with another but people say they get chemists to make them, I suppose from places like 's Pharmacy, the Natural holistic health stores. I really got carried away with tonnes of info. on Tri-Salts, so I'am just going to put the information here, if that's okay. But I really think it's just a mix of different salts. > The recipe I use is, > 3 parts - Sodium Bicarbonate, it is Baking Soda > 2 parts - Pottasium Bicarbonate > 1 part - Calcium Carbonate > Serving size 1 teaspoon Saunaentgiftung<b>, Fachinfo, Sauna Trisalts; Sodium Bicarbonate, Kalium Bicarbonate und Calziumcarbonate enthaltend, wird wie auch Multimineralien ... sauna therapy, Toronto, Ontario, Canada. ... www.purenature.de/inhalt/fachinfo_sauna.html NOW: Facts on Food Poisoning, Nov 11 - 17, 2004 .... is too sensitive for that, I use Trisalts from Ecological Formulas. Guest guest
Hi Sue, I used this brand of Tri-salts ( Ecological, as you mentioned) for quite awhile and I liked it well enough to reorder. Course everyone is different so that is just my 2-cents worth. Cheryl From: lolahunt3 <marydelamer@...> Subject: tri-salts Date: Friday, June 25, 2010, 1:21 PM Â I believe mentioned that supplementing minerals could help with ES. I know I have electrolyte problems because I get painful cramping in my lower legs sometimes. I had thought someone had said that the " carbonate versions " (potassium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, calcium carbonate) are not so great? So I was reluctant to buy Ecological Research/Cardiovascular Research's tri-salts formulation (all carbonate). Am I remembering this right? Does anyone have a version of tri-salts supplements to recommend? I have trouble with " citrate " formulations (rapid heart-beat and insomnia). Thank you for any help. -Sue
