Guest guest
Dear Anne, Great to hear from you. Welcome to our friendly active group. Actually white, non-colored, non-pasteurized cultured cheeses like the raw goat's milk you mention are okay for most candida sufferers. Take a little and see how you do. Let us know too, eh? I had some white cheese after about 9 months into my 2-1/2 candida program and it was fine. Guest guest
Dear Bee, Many thanks for the help. My daughter and I love the cheese (and it's hard to find things that she loves on the Candida diet). We only recently started eating it -- perhaps a month ago now. I will see how we do with continued consumption. If we don't feel better soon with the other dietary changes that we're making, we'll try eliminating it. Cheers, Anne _____ From: Bee [mailto:beeisbuzzing2003@...] Sent: Tuesday, May 11, 2004 10:58 PM Subject: [ ] raw goat milk cheese Dear Anne, Great to hear from you. Guest guest
Bee: Are similar cheeses made with raw *cow* milk okay, or is it just the ones with raw goat milk?
