Dear Suz,

Alfalfa in liquid chlorophyll is very good, as well as Chlorella. I

believe chlorella is better but that is what I took when I cured my

candida. It contains things that liquid chlorophyll doesn't.

However, now I take liquid chlorophyll due to the cost. If you can

afford it I believe chlorella is better, but liquid chlorophyll also

does a very good job.
