Dear Ethan,

Welcome back my friend. And thanks for the special thanks to me.

You lucky duck to travel in Europe. I'm glad it was a great time.

You deserve it.

We've added some new things on our forum Ethan. We are posting more

files (left side-bar) and also starting to post recipes. We now have

three moderators. Chefsuz and Robin are really helping me out a

lot. Elio is still around too, and even though he started a new

position he's keeping an eye on things.

You know you are special to me too because you were one of the first

who joined my forum here.

There's some changes in me too Ethan. I am waffling less than I

might have before. This is because I'm getting to know so many more

people and their difficulties, and they look to me and my program to

help them get well. I do know what works so I'm sticking to my

guns. That may seed somewhat strict, but strict gets people well

eh? It does take discipline and a willingness to do everything it

takes to get well too.

I'll be happy to have you conversing on the forum again.

The best to you Ethan,

Bee

Glad you enjoyed your trip. Where did you go Ethan, if I may ask?

Hi Francine - I went to England, Scotland, France, Spain and Italy.

Each country was so beautiful in it's own way but my personal

favourite spots were Paris (of course!), Edinburgh and some smaller

cities south of France. It was great! Unfortunately, my energy

wasn't what it should have been due to dysbiosis but I tried my

hardest to see as much as I could.

Thanks for asking - have you been to Europe before?

I live in Paris right now, Ethan! Too bad you did not know at the time, I

could have invited you to a low carb/no sugar diner when you visited! :-)

I have been to Spain and England but not to Scotland. Which cities in the

south of France did you visit? Some American friends of mine took a barge trip

in

May on a canal in Burgundy, and they came back ecstatic, and several pounds

heavier of course!
