Guest guest
When I raised the question about my slow digestion to the doctor and asked if the slowness was contributing to the yeast growth, she suggested Zelnorm. I had my gall bladder removed 4 years ago and she said that could be part of the reason my digestion has slowed, plus the yeast overgrowth. I'm really hesitant to take any prescription medication. What are your thoughts? I need advice...

Get Betaine HCl with pepsin for the stomach, and get a good combination pancreatic enzyme with lipase, amylase & protease, and also take Ox bile tablets. It will really help your digestion if you have 1 tbl. of sauerkraut or kimchi (unheated) with every meal too! It's the best for aiding digestion.
