Guest guest
My daughter is having many digestive problems and multiple intolerances due to parasites and severe candida. She is currently on an enteral nutrition formula due to the multiple intolerances, but this formula is not really helping as it is only for short term use and contains 340 grams of carbohydrate which are directly feeding the infestations in her digestive system. I am wanting to make up an alternative low carbohydrate 'formula' using your raw egg drink, and am wondering if it would be 'safe' to feed raw egg through a nasoduodenal feeding tube, which bypasses the stomach and goes straight through into the opening of the small intestine. My concern is that because the raw egg would be not going into the acid environment of the stomach, any bacteria wouldn't be first killed by the stomach juices before reaching the small intestine. (Not that there is much acid in her stomach, to kill bad organisms anyway). I have been researching this, and thought it would be a good idea to ask you, a candida recpvery who believes in the use of raw produce. Thanks for your time, I'm in Australia and would really appreciate it if you could give an email response. Sincerely, Lee P.S Bee, if your unsure about this, due you now any nurses who believe in the use of raw egg, that I could ask about this?
