That is why it in the fridge at the health store. But it can even go rancid in the fridge like most vegetables oils. ==>Also the kind of omega 3 in flaxseed oil requires that the body convert it to a useable form, which most candida sufferers have difficulty doing. Fish oils and cod liver oil contain omega 3 in the form useable by the body without any conversion, so there is absolutely no need to take flaxseed oil.
